This is the time when you are able to have the greatest impact on your puppy's future, so let's take full advantage of this time! We start with a comprehensive initial consultation and assess your puppy's behavior and training needs.  We will also address puppy challenges such as housetraining, chewing, puppy biting and jumping and begin to outline your plan for actively socializing you youngster.

A non-refundable deposit of $75 if required to schedule our meeting and is deducted from the total cost of the consultation.

We focus on developing a strong foundation for life by teaching appropriate social skills and good manners.  This starts with teaching life skills, such as getting your puppy's attention and impulse control. Many of the behaviors that are adorable in small puppies, like nibbling your fingers and jumping on guests, turn out to be less desirable when they are rowdy teenagers and adults. Let's take care of that now. We teach and reinforce core skills like Sit, Down, Stay, Come and more.

The High Achiever Puppy

We continue to work on the above basics with more challenging distractions, for example sitting while people walk past at a park.  Adding on to the basics, let's teach your puppy to wait politely at the door, Leave It and walk politely on a leash.
